David Ellis is facing felony charges related to shooting and killing a puppy in Lemhi County, Idaho.

Horses from Sheridan County, Wyoming are in terrible condition. Despite numerous citations and overwhelming evidence of animal cruelty and neglect, Wyoming has failed to seize the horses. Several are now in Idaho as a result.
